Break up the chocolate cake into pieces inside a medium bowl.

Stir in condensed milk and rum until it all sticks together like dough and you can roll it.

Shape the dough into small balls, roughly 1-inch each, and roll them in the sprinkles to coat fully.

Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze the balls separately. When frozen, move them into a sealed container.
