Chicken Crescent Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 packs (8 oz each) of store-bought crescent roll dough.
02 - 2 cups shredded cooked chicken.
03 - 4 oz softened cream cheese.
04 - 1 cup of grated cheese, like mozzarella or cheddar.
05 - 1/2 cup diced spinach or bell peppers (optional).
06 - 1 teaspoon onion powder.
07 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
08 - A dash of salt and pepper, as you like it.
09 - 1 egg, whisked for brushing on top.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F and let it get hot.
02 - In a bowl, stir together the chicken, cream cheese, grated cheese, veggies if using, and seasonings until combined.
03 - Pop open the crescent roll package and lay the dough triangles flat. Put a spoonful of filling at the wide top.
04 - Roll each triangle from the wide end up tightly, and pinch the edges shut so the filling doesn’t escape.
05 - Place the rolls on a baking sheet, coat them with the egg wash, and bake for 12–15 minutes until they’re golden brown.

# Notes:

01 - You can make these ahead of time and refrigerate before baking.
02 - Freeze unbaked rolls for later!
03 - Mix up the cheeses for fun new flavors.
