Chicken Potato BBQ (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 5 small/medium potatoes, diced
02 - 2 chicken breasts, chopped

→ Seasonings

03 - 1 teaspoon each of onion powder, paprika, and ranch seasoning
04 - 1/2 teaspoon salt and black pepper
05 - Butter, 2 tablespoons
06 - 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
07 - Garlic powder for potatoes
08 - Olive oil for the potatoes

→ Toppings

09 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella
10 - 1/2 cup BBQ sauce, plus extra for serving

# Instructions:

01 - Dice up some potatoes. Coat with olive oil and toss with seasonings.
02 - Air fry the seasoned potatoes at 400°F for about 20-25 minutes. Shake the basket a couple of times.
03 - In a pan, melt some butter. Add cubed chicken, season it, then toss in BBQ sauce and minced garlic.
04 - Mix the cooked chicken and potatoes together. Sprinkle mozzarella on top and broil until melty.
05 - Serve with an extra drizzle of barbecue sauce.

# Notes:

01 - You can melt the cheese using the skillet lid instead of broiling.
02 - Feel free to adjust potato seasonings.
03 - This dish comes together in one skillet.
