Caesar Salad Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 ounces (1 block) softened cream cheese
02 - 57.5 g (¼ cup) sour cream
03 - 176 g (¾ cup) Caesar dressing (use extra for topping)
04 - A splash of lemon juice
05 - A small pinch of Worcestershire sauce
06 - A dash of garlic salt
07 - 2 chopped cups (94 g) Romaine lettuce
08 - Shredded and chopped rotisserie chicken (1 ½ cups or 210 g)
09 - Tiny sprinkle of black pepper
10 - Freshly grated Parmesan cheese (¼ cup or 25 g)
11 - Crushed croutons, homemade or not (½ cup or 20 g)
12 - 4 crispy bacon slices, cut into bits

# Instructions:

01 - Take a medium bowl and whip the cream cheese until it’s smooth and fluffy.
02 - Stir together the sour cream, Caesar dressing, garlic salt, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice until it’s all mixed well. Spread this evenly in the bottom of a medium dish.
03 - Evenly lay out all the lettuce over your base layer.
04 - Toss shredded chicken with black pepper, then layer it over the lettuce.
05 - Add a layer of freshly grated Parmesan on top.
06 - Top with crushed croutons, then sprinkle the bacon bits on top.
07 - Drizzle more Caesar dressing on top, if you’d like.
08 - Enjoy right away with fresh veggies, crackers, or chips.

01 - Soften cream cheese first to make it mixable.
