Chicken 40 Cloves Garlic (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 40 whole garlic cloves, peeled
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 2 lbs chicken thighs (boneless, skinless)

04 - 1 teaspoon fresh dill
05 - ½ teaspoon thyme (dried)
06 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper
07 - ½ teaspoon ground cumin
08 - ½ teaspoon salt

→ Liquids and Garnish

09 - ½ cup unsalted chicken broth
10 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
11 - ½ cup dry white wine

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375℉ to preheat. Slice chicken thighs in half after patting dry.
02 - Warm up olive oil in a Dutch oven over medium-high. Cook chicken on both sides until no pink remains, then place them on a plate.
03 - Toss garlic and spices in the pan. Pour in wine and simmer a couple of minutes to reduce it down. Mix in broth.
04 - Place chicken back in the pot, cover tightly, and bake for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and enjoy over noodles or rice.
