Cheesy Taco Pinwheels (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Essential Ingredients

01 - 60g sour cream
02 - 50g shredded cheddar cheese
03 - 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
04 - 225g minced beef
05 - 60g cream cheese
06 - 2 large flour tortillas

# Instructions:

01 - Cook the minced beef in a skillet on medium heat until it’s no longer pink. Drain off any fat, then mix in taco seasoning and a splash of water (about 1/4 cup). Stir and cook for 1-2 minutes, letting the liquid disappear.
02 - Grab a mixing bowl and toss in the seasoned beef, cream cheese, and sour cream. Use a fork to mash and combine everything well. Taste and add a pinch of salt if you like.
03 - Spread the beef mixture evenly over both tortillas, making sure to go all the way to the edges. Scatter shredded cheddar cheese on top of the filling.
04 - Roll up the tortillas tightly, trim the ends, and use a sharp knife to slice each roll into five even pinwheels.
05 - Place the pinwheels in a single layer in your air fryer basket. Use parchment paper if you’re worried about sticking. Cook at 190°C for 5 minutes.

# Notes:

01 - Try serving with dips like guacamole, salsa, queso, or nacho cheese.
