Cheesy Spinach Bagels (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cheese & Seasonings

01 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
02 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley for garnish
03 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
04 - ½ teaspoon onion powder
05 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
06 - ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
07 - salt and pepper, add as needed
08 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder

→ Base

09 - 1½ cups fresh spinach, chopped
10 - 8 bagels (use plain, sesame, or everything)
11 - 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped and drained

# Instructions:

01 - Slice the bagels in half and toast them in an oven at 350°F for 5-7 minutes.
02 - Cook the spinach in a skillet with olive oil until it softens. Stir it together with artichokes, cheeses, and seasonings.
03 - Top bagels with the prepared mixture, then pop them into a 375°F oven. Bake for 12-15 minutes until bubbly.
04 - Sprinkle parsley on top and enjoy while they're warm.
