Cheesy Pimento Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature and cubed.
02 - 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese (extra-sharp).
03 - 1/3 cup mayo.
04 - 6 ounces diced pimento peppers from a jar (chop smaller if they're in strips).
05 - 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce.
06 - A fourth teaspoon of onion powder.
07 - 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder.
08 - A quarter teaspoon of mustard powder.
09 - 1/4 teaspoon of sriracha hot sauce.
10 - Add salt as needed.
11 - Crack black pepper to your taste.
12 - Grab some crackers for dipping.
13 - Use fresh veggie sticks for serving, too.

# Instructions:

01 - Take a large bowl and toss in all your ingredients. Use a wooden spoon, a hand mixer, or a stand mixer with the paddle attachment to blend everything. Stop when it’s all mixed, but don’t overdo it—it should stay a little chunky.
02 - Give it a taste test and tweak the flavor if needed. Like it spicy? Sprinkle in a pinch of cayenne pepper.
03 - Serve right away if you'd like. Or, seal it up and let it chill for an hour (or overnight) so the flavors can come together. If it firms up from chilling, let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving to soften.
04 - Scoop the mix into a smaller bowl and serve it with crackers or fresh veggie sticks.

# Notes:

01 - You can serve this immediately, or chill first.
02 - Let it warm up a bit at room temp if it’s been chilled.
03 - Works great as a dip or even as a sandwich spread.
