Crack the egg into a small bowl and whisk it until smooth.

Pop open the crescent roll dough. Lay out one triangle flat, add a cheese stick to the wide part, and arrange a few pepperonis over the surface. Roll it from the big end toward the skinny tip. Put the rolls on a plain baking sheet. Brush the top with the beaten egg and sprinkle with the mixed seasonings.

Cook in the oven for about 15 minutes or until they turn golden. Pair them with marinara if you'd like.
