Cheesy Penne Garlic Beef (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 oz penne noodles
02 - 1 lb minced beef
03 - 3 tbsp butter, unsalted
04 - 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
05 - 1 tsp powdered onion
06 - 1 tsp blend of Italian herbs
07 - Black pepper and salt, as needed
08 - Optional: pinch of chili flakes
09 - 1/2 cup of broth (beef)
10 - 1/2 cup of cream, heavy
11 - 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
12 - 1/2 cup Parmesan, grated
13 - 2 tbsp parsley, chopped (use for topping)

# Instructions:

01 - Follow the directions on the package to boil pasta in salted water. Once done, drain it and set aside.
02 - Melt butter in a big pan over medium to high heat. Toss in the garlic and cook for about a minute until it smells amazing.
03 - Drop the minced beef into the pan and crumble it as it cooks until browned. If there's any extra fat, drain it.
04 - Mix in the Italian herbs, onion powder, a pinch of salt, black pepper, and chili flakes if you'd like. Stir it all together.
05 - Pour the beef broth and heavy cream into the pan. Turn the heat down to low and let it gently bubble for 3–4 minutes while stirring now and then.
06 - Lower the heat and add both mozzarella and Parmesan. Stir until it all turns gooey and silky.
07 - Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet with the cheesy sauce. Mix well so the pasta is coated evenly.
08 - Sprinkle parsley over the top and serve it up while it's warm.
