# Ingredients:

→ Beef Mix

01 - 3/4 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
02 - 1 teaspoon of chili powder
03 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
04 - 1 pound (450g) of ground beef
05 - 1 small onion, chopped finely
06 - 2 minced garlic cloves
07 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil
08 - 1 teaspoon paprika
09 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder

→ Smooth Sauce

10 - 1/2 cup mayo
11 - 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
12 - 1 tablespoon mustard (Dijon or yellow)
13 - 1 tablespoon of ketchup
14 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
15 - 2 tablespoons sour cream

→ Tortilla Filling

16 - 1 cup lettuce, shredded
17 - 4 large tortillas
18 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
19 - 1 medium tomato, diced

# Instructions:

01 - Heat the oil, cook onion for 3-4 mins, then stir in garlic for another minute. Brown the meat for 7-8 mins, season nice and even, then mix in grated cheddar.
02 - Combine sour cream, mayo, mustard, ketchup, and spices. Mix it all until smooth and creamy.
03 - Slather the sauce onto the tortillas, pile on lettuce, tomato, beef mix, and mozzarella cheese.
04 - Tuck the sides in, roll from the bottom till snug, slice in half, and enjoy.
