Turn your oven to 400°F and let it heat up.

On medium heat, warm up a big skillet. Toss in the onion, green bell pepper, ground beef, and season everything with salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Stir every so often for around 10 minutes until the veggies soften and the meat turns brown.

As the beef mixture cooks, cut the hoagies in half (or slice the baguette into 4 pieces and split each one in half). Arrange them on a baking sheet.

After the meat’s done, drizzle in Worcestershire sauce and mix well. Lay some provolone slices on top. Lower the heat and wait about 2 minutes for the cheese to melt. Stir it all together once it’s gooey.

Scoop the beef and cheese mix evenly over your prepared bread using tongs.

Top each sandwich with more cheese slices. Pop them in the preheated oven for 3-5 minutes or until the cheese gets melty and bubbly, and the hoagie rolls are a little crispy.
