Cheesy Crescent Pizza Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tubes (8 oz each) of crescent roll dough, store-bought
02 - 1 bag (6 oz) of pre-sliced pepperoni
03 - 8 mozzarella string cheese sticks, split in half
04 - 1 large egg
05 - 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese, finely grated
06 - 2 teaspoons Italian herbs mix

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F. Line two baking sheets using non-stick parchment paper or a silicone mat.
02 - Roll out the crescent dough and carefully separate the pieces using a knife or just tear along the dotted edges.
03 - Place 6 thin pepperoni slices on each triangle of dough. Take each string cheese half and lay it on the pepperoni.
04 - Starting at the large end of the triangle, roll each filled piece tightly towards the small tip to create a crescent shape.
05 - Move the crescent rolls onto the lined baking sheets. Beat the egg in a bowl, then brush each roll’s surface with it. Sprinkle on parmesan and finish with Italian seasoning.
06 - Slide the rolls into the oven for about 15 minutes. They’re done when golden and gooey inside.
07 - Serve these fresh out of the oven with warm marinara or pizza sauce for dipping—they’re best enjoyed hot!

# Notes:

01 - Great for casual meals or as a snack to munch on during game day with friends.
02 - Can keep in the fridge (airtight container) for 3 days max. To reheat, pop back into a 350°F oven for about 5 minutes.
