Cheesy Rangoon Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 minced garlic clove.
02 - 2 tablespoons freshly chopped chives.
03 - 12 ounces of canned crab meat, well-drained.
04 - 8 ounces of cream cheese, softened.
05 - 1/4 cup of sour cream, chilled.
06 - 1/2 cup of smooth mayonnaise.
07 - 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
08 - 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce.
09 - 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, freshly squeezed.
10 - 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
11 - 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F and grab everything you need.
02 - Whip together cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice with an electric mixer till smooth and fluffy.
03 - Stir in the crab meat, Parmesan, garlic, pepper, chopped chives, and 2/3 cup of mozzarella until it's all mixed well.
04 - Spoon the mixture into a baking dish, sprinkle on the rest of the mozzarella, and bake for 25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
05 - Add some extra chives on top, and serve warm. Crushed wontons on top are optional but tasty!

# Notes:

01 - Serve right away while the cheese is nice and melty.
02 - If you want to prep ahead, put it together up to a day early without baking.
