Cheesy Chicken Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 medium zucchinis, cut into rounds
02 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
03 - 1/2 cup cream cheese, at room temperature
04 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
05 - Salt and pepper, as needed
06 - 2 cups cooked, pulled chicken
07 - 1 cups cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
08 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
09 - Fresh basil leaves, optional for topping
10 - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
11 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - Toss the zucchinis, chicken, tomatoes, mozzarella, cream cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper together in a big bowl.
03 - Pour the olive oil into a 9×13 inch dish and spread it across the bottom.
04 - Put the chicken and zucchini mix into the oiled dish, spreading it flat. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
05 - Pop the dish in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, until the zucchinis are soft and the cheese starts bubbling and browning.
06 - Take it out of the oven, let it sit for a few minutes, and add fresh basil leaves if you'd like.

# Notes:

01 - Cut zucchinis into 1/4-inch slices so they'll cook evenly.
02 - To remove extra water from zucchinis, salt the slices, wait 10 minutes, and pat them dry before mixing.
03 - It's fully baked when the inside hits 165°F and the cheese on top is golden and bubbling.
