# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 cups of mozzarella, shredded
02 - 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper
03 - 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
04 - 1 tablespoon melted butter
05 - 1 onion, sliced into thin strips
06 - 1 lb of flank steak, sliced thin
07 - 1/4 teaspoon table salt
08 - 1 bell pepper, thinly cut
09 - 1 tablespoon olive oil for cooking
10 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
11 - 2 tablespoons Parmesan, grated
12 - One ready-to-use or homemade pizza dough

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on your oven and set it to 375°F (190°C).
02 - Warm up a big skillet with olive oil on medium heat. Toss in the steak slices and cook them for a couple of minutes, stirring now and then until they're browned and juicy.
03 - Add the sliced onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms to the pan with the steak. Keep cooking and stirring for about 5–7 minutes till everything's soft and golden. Sprinkle in some salt and pepper, then take it off the heat and let it cool a bit.
04 - Spread a little flour on your counter and roll out your pizza dough into a big rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick. Slice it into strips roughly 2 inches wide.
05 - Spoon the cooled steak and veggies onto the center of each dough strip. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella over the top.
06 - Roll up the dough strips snugly around the filling, pinch the edges closed, and place them seam-side down on a greased or parchment-lined baking pan.
07 - Brush the tops of your rolls with the melted butter and sprinkle the grated Parmesan and garlic powder over them.
08 - Put the baking pan in the oven for 12–15 minutes, letting the rolls bake until they're golden and the cheese is bubbly. Want extra crunch? Turn on the broiler for a minute or two but keep watching so they don't burn.
09 - Let the rolls cool down a bit before serving. Toss on some fresh parsley as garnish and add your favorite marinara or dipping sauce on the side.

# Notes:

01 - Flank steak can be swapped for sirloin, ribeye, or even leftover roast beef. Want more heat? Throw in some red chili flakes. For extra flavor, let onions caramelize longer.
