→ For Eating (Optional)

06 - Graham crackers

# Instructions:

01 - Take a bowl and throw in the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Blend it all together using a hand or stand mixer until smooth. Set aside for now.
02 - In another bowl, pour in the heavy cream. Whip it up for about 2-3 minutes with a hand mixer (or whisk attachment) until you see medium peaks.
03 - Carefully fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Once that's done, spread the dip into a shallow serving bowl. Spoon strawberry preserves on top and swirl it in lightly with a knife.
04 - You can serve it right away with graham crackers or stash it in the fridge until you're ready to dig in.

# Notes:

01 - You could swap the strawberry jam with any other fruit jam or ice cream topping.
02 - If heavy cream isn’t handy, use 1 cup of Cool Whip topping instead.
03 - Graham crackers are great for dipping, but pretzels, apple slices, or vanilla wafers work too.
04 - Stored in a sealed container, it'll last 3-4 days in the fridge.
