Take a bowl and throw in the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Blend it all together using a hand or stand mixer until smooth. Set aside for now.

In another bowl, pour in the heavy cream. Whip it up for about 2-3 minutes with a hand mixer (or whisk attachment) until you see medium peaks.

Carefully fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Once that's done, spread the dip into a shallow serving bowl. Spoon strawberry preserves on top and swirl it in lightly with a knife.

You can serve it right away with graham crackers or stash it in the fridge until you're ready to dig in.
