Cheddar Sausage Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound of ground sausage.
02 - 1 box of Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix (11.36 oz).
03 - 8 oz of cream cheese, let it soften at room temp.
04 - 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 350°F and get a baking sheet ready with some parchment paper.
02 - Throw everything in a bowl—biscuit mix, seasoning, sausage, cheddar, and softened cream cheese. Mix slowly until it’s all blended.
03 - Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and line them up on the parchment-covered sheet.
04 - Bake for 20-25 minutes, pull them out when they look golden. Let them sit for a bit to cool off.

# Notes:

01 - Want more cheese? Hide a cube of it in the middle of the ball.
02 - How many this makes depends on the size of each ball.
