Chicken Potato Dish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 cup fresh cheddar cheese, shredded
02 - 1 cup sweet corn
03 - 5-6 cups creamy mashed potatoes

→ Topping

04 - Brown gravy (packet or homemade)
05 - 8 chicken tenders (store-bought or homemade)

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 400°F. If chicken is frozen, let it rest on the counter for about 5 minutes before cutting.
02 - Put the mashed potatoes in a greased 9x13 dish, then layer on the corn and sprinkle with cheese.
03 - Cut chicken tenders to your preferred size and place them evenly over the base.
04 - Pop it in the oven without covering it. Bake for 15 minutes if using fresh chicken, and go for 20 minutes if frozen.
05 - Get your gravy ready while it bakes. Pour the gravy over when the dish is done, then serve.

# Notes:

01 - Reheat potatoes if using cold ones.
02 - Popcorn chicken works as a substitute for tenders.
03 - Perfect for prepping in advance.
