Carrot Cake Smoothie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Fruits and Vegetables

01 - 125g chunks of frozen pineapple
02 - 1 medium ripe banana, frozen
03 - 1 large carrot, raw and cut into slices

→ Dairy and Alternatives

04 - 60g of Greek yogurt, plain
05 - 180ml coconut milk, light

→ Grains

06 - 25g oats, gluten-free

→ Nuts and Spreads

07 - 1 tablespoon of almond butter or pecan butter

→ Flavorings

08 - A tiny pinch of nutmeg
09 - 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, ground
10 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla

# Instructions:

01 - Toss all the ingredients into a strong blender. Run it on high power for a minute or two until it’s creamy and smooth. Add more coconut milk slowly if you want it thinner.
