Carrot Cake Easter Treats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup vegetable oil
02 - 2 eggs
03 - 1 box carrot cake mix
04 - Royal Icing sprinkles (carrot and bunny shapes)
05 - 1/2 cup cream cheese chips

# Instructions:

01 - Combine the cake mix, eggs, and oil in a bowl. Gently mix in the cream cheese chips. Keep it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
02 - Heat your oven to 350°F. Cover two baking trays with parchment paper.
03 - Scoop small dough balls and put them on the trays, leaving space between. Gently press a bunny and carrot-shaped sprinkle onto each one.
04 - Pop them in the oven for 11 to 13 minutes. Let them cool down completely before you dig in.

# Notes:

01 - Chilling keeps the cookies from spreading too much in the oven.
02 - Can’t find cream cheese chips? White chocolate chips work too.
03 - Store these treats in a sealed container at room temp for up to 5 days.
