Caprese Naan Pizza (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 4 flatbreads or naan

→ Cheese & Seasonings

02 - 1 small pack of mozzarella pearls, halved or broken into smaller pieces
03 - 1 block (8 oz) of mozzarella, shredded
04 - 2 tablespoons of good olive oil
05 - 4 grated garlic cloves

→ Toppings

06 - A handful of thinly cut red onion slices
07 - 4 medium tomatoes, sliced finely
08 - A sprinkle of coarse salt

→ Garnish

09 - Fresh basil leaves
10 - Some grated Parmesan cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 400°F ahead of time.
02 - Grab a small bowl and stir together the shredded mozzarella, the oil, garlic, and just a bit of salt until it's all mixed and looks smooth.
03 - Take your naan and evenly spread the cheesy mixture on top. Lay tomato slices over that, then add some red onion, and finally dot on a few mozzarella pearls.
04 - Pop the flatbreads into the oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes. The cheese should be bubbly and golden by the end.
05 - Top it with some Parmesan cheese and fresh basil leaves. Slice into pieces and enjoy while warm!

01 - Keep the leftover mozzarella pearls for a quick bite.
02 - It tastes the best while the cheese is still gooey.
