California Roll Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 avocado, diced into chunks
02 - 4 chopped imitation crab sticks
03 - 1 large English cucumber, thinly sliced
04 - 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
05 - 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
06 - 2 tablespoons cream cheese (whipped-style)
07 - 2 tablespoons kewpie mayo

# Instructions:

01 - Slice the cucumber into super-thin pieces using a sharp knife or a mandolin. Aim for 1/8-inch thickness so all the slices feel the same when eaten.
02 - Put the cucumber slices in a big jar or a deli container. Toss in the avocado, crab, mayo, whipped cream cheese, soy sauce, and sesame seeds. Adjust the amounts if needed to fit what you like best.
03 - Close the jar or container with its lid tightly. Give it a good shake so all the goodies mix up evenly. The movement should coat everything nicely with the creamy stuff and soy sauce.
04 - Enjoy the salad straight away while it's fresh. Dig in right from the jar for an easy snack or transfer it to a bowl if you're feeling fancy. Sprinkle extra sesame seeds on top for a little flair.
