# Ingredients:

→ Butter Mix Items

01 - 113 g butter, unsalted and softened
02 - 1 tbsp coarse Dijon mustard
03 - 1 tbsp Cajun spice mix
04 - 1 tbsp chopped parsley, fresh
05 - 1 tbsp chopped chives, fresh
06 - 2 tsp minced garlic
07 - 2 tsp fresh thyme
08 - 2 tsp hot sauce of choice
09 - 1 tsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
10 - ½ tsp paprika powder
11 - ¼ tsp kosher salt
12 - ⅛ tsp black pepper
13 - ⅛ tsp chili powder (cayenne)
14 - ⅛ tsp crushed red pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Use a medium-sized bowl to mix the softened butter, chives, parsley, thyme, minced garlic, Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, both peppers, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, hot sauce, and red pepper flakes. Blend well by hand or pop it in a food processor for ease. You'll end up with roughly ⅔ cup of flavored butter.
02 - Scoop the butter onto plastic wrap and start rolling it. Create a log by pressing and twisting the wrap around the butter. Secure the ends and let it firm up in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or leave it overnight.
03 - Want it melted? Pop the butter mixture in the microwave and heat for 20-second bursts, stirring in between until it's fully liquefied.
04 - Place the butter in a sealed container and keep it in your fridge for up to five days.

# Notes:

01 - This buttery mix works as a spread, a dipping sauce when melted, or a delicious way to add flavor to your meals.
