Buttery Nutty Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - ½ teaspoon kosher salt
02 - 2¼ cups all-purpose flour
03 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
04 - 1 cup butter, softened
05 - ¾ cup finely chopped pecans or walnuts
06 - ½ cup powdered sugar, plus extra for coating

# Instructions:

01 - Roll 1-inch balls by hand after scooping dough.
02 - Bake for 10–12 minutes, just until they set. Don’t let them brown.
03 - Mix butter, sugar, and vanilla until creamy. Gradually stir in the flour and salt, then fold in the nuts.
04 - Let cookies cool for 1–2 minutes right on the baking tray, then coat them with powdered sugar while warm.
05 - When cookies are completely cold, roll them in powdered sugar once more.
06 - Get your oven ready by preheating it to 400°F.

01 - Coat cookies in powdered sugar when they’re still warm.
