# Ingredients:

01 - Sourdough or baguette slices, your choice
02 - Creamy burrata, or swap it with ricotta
03 - Cherry tomatoes cut in halves
04 - A handful of fresh basil, whole or chopped
05 - A splash of olive oil
06 - Pinch of salt
07 - Ground black pepper
08 - Optional: Sprinkle of red pepper flakes
09 - Optional: A drizzle of balsamic glaze

# Instructions:

01 - Coat bread slices lightly with olive oil. Toast till they're golden and crisp.
02 - Combine halved cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, olive oil, a bit of salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
03 - Slather the toasted bread with that soft burrata, then top it off with the tomato mixture.
04 - Add some final flair with extra olive oil, balsamic glaze, basil, or a pinch of red pepper flakes if you like.
