Burger Pizza Pie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Topping Essentials

01 - 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
02 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
03 - 1/2 cup pizza sauce
04 - Optional toppings like mushrooms, bell peppers, or olives

→ Base Ingredients

05 - 1 pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
06 - 1 small onion, minced
07 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
08 - 1 lb ground beef
09 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
10 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning blend
11 - 1/2 teaspoon salt

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Put the pie crust into a 9-inch dish and keep it aside.
02 - Sauté the ground beef with the onion in a skillet over medium heat. Cook until the meat loses its pink color. Drain any extra grease, then mix in the garlic powder, seasoning, salt, and pepper.
03 - Pour the beef mixture into the crust evenly. Add a coat of pizza sauce on top, then layer the mozzarella on that. Place pepperoni slices and other chosen toppings over everything.
04 - Pop it into the oven and bake for about 20–25 minutes, until the cheese melts and gets a little golden, and the crust turns a lovely brown.
05 - Wait 5 minutes before cutting into the dish to serve. Dig in while it’s hot!

# Notes:

01 - Switch up the toppings with what you like best!
02 - If you like some heat, toss in a pinch of chili flakes with the beef.
03 - Refrigerate any leftovers and eat them in the next 3 days.
04 - It freezes well for up to 2 months after cooking.
