04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
05 - Pink and purple coloring

→ Frosting Elements

06 - Softened butter, 3 sticks (equals 1 1/2 cups)
07 - Six cups of powdered sugar
08 - Heavy cream, about 3 to 4 tablespoons
09 - 1 teaspoon vanilla essence or scraped vanilla bean paste
10 - Pink and yellow food colors

→ Toppings and Finishings

11 - Sprinkles for decoration
12 - Ready-made bunny feet decorations made from royal icing

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on your oven and adjust the temperature to 350°F. Place liners into your cupcake tray.
02 - Stir together the cake mix, pudding powder, flavor extracts, and the additional items mentioned on the box (plus the extra egg and oil). Pour into two separate bowls, and color one batch pink and the other purple.
03 - Start by scooping some pink mixture into each liner, going up about one-third. Then pour the purple mix on top until it’s about two-thirds full.
04 - Bake as instructed on the cake mix package. Afterward, let the cupcakes cool fully before you begin decorating.
05 - In a bowl, cream the butter until it's smooth. Toss in half the powdered sugar and beat, then add the rest of the sugar, along with the vanilla and cream, until it's smooth. In one bowl, color 2/3 of the frosting yellow. The remaining 1/3 goes in another bowl and gets tinted pink.
06 - Take a piping bag with a round tip and cover each cupcake with yellow frosting, rolling them in the sprinkles right after. Next, using a 1M tip, swirl pink frosting on top of the yellow layer. Finish with adorable bunny feet decorations.

# Notes:

01 - Not a frosting fan? Cut down the sugar and butter to 4 cups and 2 sticks. Use 2–3 tablespoons cream instead.
02 - You’ll often find those icing bunny feet at baking speciality stores or online during Easter months.
03 - Including pudding mix makes these cupcakes softer and keeps them moist longer.
