Crispy Buffalo Thighs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
02 - 4 chicken thighs

→ Spice Rub

03 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
04 - 1 teaspoon chili powder
05 - 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
06 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
07 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
09 - 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
10 - 1 teaspoon salt

# Instructions:

01 - Dump all the spice rub stuff into a tiny bowl and stir until it's nicely blended.
02 - Use paper towels to dab the chicken thighs dry. Cover every inch of chicken with the spice rub so it's loaded with flavor.
03 - Turn your air fryer or oven on to 190°C (375°F) so it’s warmed and ready.
04 - Put the chicken in the air fryer with the skin facing down and let it cook for 12 minutes. Flip it over and let it finish cooking skin side up for 12-14 minutes. Make sure the chicken hits the right temp inside.
05 - Lay the chicken skin side up on a baking pan. Bake it for 25-30 minutes without flipping so the skin stays nice and crispy.
06 - When the chicken's done, toss it in buffalo sauce for full coverage or just drizzle some over the top if you wanna keep it lighter.
