Buffalo Chicken Cheesesteak (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 4 sub rolls or hoagie rolls
02 - 200g shredded mozzarella cheese
03 - 700g chicken thighs or breasts, boneless and skin removed
04 - 50g blue cheese, crumbled
05 - 100g melted unsalted butter
06 - 150g shredded provolone cheese
07 - 240ml Buffalo-style hot sauce

# Instructions:

01 - Bake the chicken in the oven at 200°C (400°F) or cook it in a skillet on medium heat until done. Cool for a bit, then shred it with forks.
02 - Mix the hot sauce with melted butter. Tweak the spice by adjusting the amount of hot sauce.
03 - In a mixing bowl, toss the shredded chicken in the Buffalo sauce so it's all coated nicely.
04 - Stuff the rolls with the chicken mixture. Add mozzarella, provolone, and sprinkle the blue cheese on top.
05 - Set your oven to 200°C (400°F). Pop the sandwiches onto a baking tray and heat them until the cheese is gooey and bubbly, about 10 minutes.
06 - Take them out, let them sit for a bit so they're easier to handle, and pair with sides or dips you like.

# Notes:

01 - Use less hot sauce or a milder type if you prefer it less spicy.
02 - Letting the sandwiches cool for a little while helps the cheese settle.
