# Ingredients:

01 - 4 medium Roma tomatoes, chopped.
02 - A small handful of fresh basil, diced.
03 - 2 minced garlic cloves (divided between steps).

05 - 1-2 small splashes of balsamic vinegar.
06 - About 8 ounces crumbled feta cheese.
07 - Half a brick of cream cheese (4 ounces).

12 - Grated Parmesan for topping.
13 - More fresh basil to garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Cut out the tomato cores, dice them up, and toss with basil, half the garlic, a bit of olive oil, some vinegar, and salt. Let those flavors mingle for about 10 minutes.
02 - Blend feta, cream cheese, sour cream, the rest of the garlic, lemon juice, some olive oil, and a sprinkle of salt until it’s smooth and creamy.
03 - Spread the blended cheese into a serving dish, then layer the tomato mix on top.
04 - Add a little sprinkle of red pepper flakes, some Parmesan, and a few basil leaves on top for extra flair.

# Notes:

01 - Tastes best when served right away.
02 - Pairs nicely with pita chips or crackers.
03 - Cheese base can be prepped ahead of time.
