Truffles with Brownies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 batch of baked fudge brownies in a 9x13 dish.
02 - 4 ounces of softened cream cheese.
03 - 16 ounces of white chocolate meltable wafers.
04 - Sprinkles made of chocolate for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Follow the instructions on the brownie mix box to bake. Let them cool fully, then trim and throw away the edges.
02 - In a food processor, break your brownies into pieces. Add the softened cream cheese and blend until it’s smooth.
03 - Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and arrange them on a lined sheet. Chill in the freezer for 20 to 30 minutes.
04 - Shape the frozen portions into 1-inch balls using your hands. Pop them back in the freezer for another 10 minutes.
05 - Melt the white chocolate in the microwave in 30-second bursts, switching to 15-second rounds once it starts melting. Stir between each round.
06 - Dip each ball in the melted chocolate, tapping away the extra. Sprinkle with toppings while the chocolate is still soft.
07 - Store them in the freezer and let them sit out for 5 minutes before eating.

01 - Stick to the softer parts of the baked brownies.
02 - It’s important to chill between every step.
03 - Decorate before the chocolate hardens.
