Follow the instructions on the brownie mix box to bake. Let them cool fully, then trim and throw away the edges.

In a food processor, break your brownies into pieces. Add the softened cream cheese and blend until it’s smooth.

Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and arrange them on a lined sheet. Chill in the freezer for 20 to 30 minutes.

Shape the frozen portions into 1-inch balls using your hands. Pop them back in the freezer for another 10 minutes.

Melt the white chocolate in the microwave in 30-second bursts, switching to 15-second rounds once it starts melting. Stir between each round.

Dip each ball in the melted chocolate, tapping away the extra. Sprinkle with toppings while the chocolate is still soft.

Store them in the freezer and let them sit out for 5 minutes before eating.
