01 -
Turn your oven to 350°F or whatever temp the brownie box says. Give a 9 or 10-inch springform pan a light coat of grease and set it aside.
02 -
Follow the brownie mix instructions to make the batter in a big bowl. Pour it into your pan and bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or however long the brownie box says for a 9x9 pan. Check if it's set. Once baked, let it cool all the way down.
03 -
Use a stand mixer to whisk heavy cream, cornstarch, and vanilla until stiff peaks show up. Put the whipped cream in a smaller bowl and set it aside.
04 -
In the same mixer bowl (no need to clean it), blend peanut butter with cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, then mix again. Scrape it down and whip for another minute. Gently fold in the whipped cream.
05 -
Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly on top of the cooled brownie layer. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours until set.
06 -
When you're ready to dig in, pop off the springform pan's sides. Slice into pieces, add a drizzle of chocolate sauce, and sprinkle some peanuts on top.
