Cajun Wings Bold Taste (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
02 - 1/4 cup olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 2 lbs chicken wings
06 - 1/4 cup brown sugar
07 - 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
08 - Salt and pepper as you like
09 - Freshly chopped parsley for topping

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to heat up to 400°F (200°C) and get a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
02 - Combine Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, brown sugar, olive oil, plus salt and pepper in a big mixing bowl.
03 - Mix the wings into the seasoning blend, making sure the mixture evenly coats every piece.
04 - Lay out the wings in a single layer on your prepared tray.
05 - Cook them for 35-40 minutes, flipping them halfway, until they’re crispy and a bit caramelized.
06 - Finish with a sprinkle of parsley right before digging in.
