Broiled Lobster Garlic Butter (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Seafood

01 - 4 lobster tails, thaw them first if frozen

→ Sauce

02 - A small pinch of salt, adjust to your liking
03 - Freshly cracked black pepper, to your taste
04 - 120 ml of heavy cream
05 - 120 ml unsalted butter
06 - 2.5 ml fresh lemon juice
07 - 3 garlic cloves, minced into tiny bits

→ Toppings

08 - 60 grams of shredded Parmesan cheese or Gruyère (your choice, optional)
09 - 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Take some kitchen shears and snip lengthwise along the shell’s top. Pull the meat gently up over the shell, keeping it attached at the end for a neat look.
02 - On medium heat, melt your butter in a saucepan. Toss in garlic and cook for about a minute until it smells amazing. Mix in cream, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Let it bubble lightly while whisking, thickening a bit over 2–3 minutes.
03 - Lay the lobster tails in your baking dish. Scoop the garlic butter on top of the lobster meat. Decide if you want cheese, and sprinkle it evenly if you do.
04 - Stick the dish under your oven's broiler set to high. Cook for 7 to 10 minutes, keeping an eye out until the lobster meat turns opaque and the top gets a lovely golden look.
05 - Pull the dish from the oven. Sprinkle parsley on top and maybe some extra pepper. Serve right away with some rustic bread or roasted veggies.

# Notes:

01 - To get the shells off easily, grab sharp kitchen shears and steer clear of cutting into the meat.
02 - Watch those lobster tails under the broiler so they don’t dry out and stay tender.
