04 - Softened cream cheese (8 oz).
05 - Granulated sugar – half a cup.
06 - A teaspoon of vanilla extract.
07 - One egg yolk.

08 - Honey or maple syrup – a natural option.
09 - Powdered sugar – sprinkle or glaze.
10 - Fruity jams (like raspberry, blueberry, or strawberry).

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease a pan or baking tray lightly. Roll out your puff pastry or crescent dough evenly.
02 - Mix cream cheese, vanilla, sugar, and egg yolk in a bowl. Stir till it's smooth and creamy.
03 - Evenly spread filling on your dough sheet. Optional: add fruit jams and swirl it. Cover with another layer of dough and press edges to seal.
04 - Brush with an egg white and water mix. Bake for 35–40 minutes or until golden.
05 - Stir powdered sugar, milk, and a splash of vanilla. Drizzle on top when cooled.
