Set your oven to 350°F and get a mini muffin pan ready by spraying it with cooking spray.

Combine salt, baking powder, flour, and sugar in a big bowl and mix well.

In a smaller bowl, whisk the egg, yogurt, vanilla, and melted butter until smooth. Stir this into the dry ingredients and gently fold in the blueberries.

Fill each cup of the muffin pan almost up to the brim with the batter.

Stir together the milk, blueberry jam, and powdered sugar until it’s creamy and smooth.

Dip the top of each fritter into the glaze and set them down on parchment-lined sheets.
