Feta Blueberry Pizza (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Key Ingredients

01 - 1/2 cup feta crumbles
02 - 2 naan breads
03 - 1 teaspoon olive oil
04 - 1 cup fresh blueberries
05 - Pinch of chili flakes
06 - Kosher salt, as needed
07 - 1 cup thinly sliced red onions
08 - 2 tablespoons of honey
09 - 1/2 cup creamy ricotta
10 - A handful of baby arugula or microgreens, for topping

# Instructions:

01 - Heat the oven to 400°F. Grab a baking tray, lay down some parchment paper, and place the naan breads on it. Give them a light brush or spritz with water. Keep this aside for later.
02 - Warm up olive oil in a medium pan over a low flame. Toss in the sliced onions with a pinch of salt and chili flakes. Stir and let them cook for a few minutes until soft. Mix in the honey and let it all caramelize. Take it off the heat.
03 - Blend the ricotta and feta together in a small dish until everything looks smooth and combined.
04 - Spread the ricotta-feta mix over the naan. Scatter the sweet cooked onions on top, then sprinkle over the blueberries evenly.
05 - Place the pizzas into the oven and bake for about 10 minutes. You'll know they're ready when the blueberries are just about to pop, the cheese is melty, and the naan gets a bit crispy. Take them out and add some arugula on top before serving.
