Blue Tea Latte (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Latte Extras

01 - Ice cubes
02 - 1/2 cup milk (any type like plant-based or dairy)
03 - Optional: Extra butterfly pea flowers for decoration
04 - 1-2 tsp honey or sweetener (if you'd like)
05 - Color twist: 1 tsp lemon juice (if you'd like)

→ Tea Mix

06 - 1 cup hot water
07 - 1 tbsp dried butterfly pea flowers (tea bag or fresh flowers work too)

# Instructions:

01 - Pop the dried flowers or tea bag into hot water and let it soak for about 5-7 minutes. Once it's brewed, strain and cool it down to room temp.
02 - If you'd like it sweeter, mix honey or your chosen sweetener into the warm tea until it all blends together.
03 - Make your milk super foamy! Use a frother, shake in a jar with the lid closed tight, or blend it up till fluffy.
04 - Toss some ice in a tall glass. First, pour in the cooled tea, then gently layer the foamed milk on top for a cool stacked look.
05 - Want a fun color change? Try a splash of lemon juice to make the blue tea turn purple. Sprinkle some butterfly pea flowers on top if you're feeling fancy.

# Notes:

01 - Use any milk you like, plant-based or regular.
02 - The tea color shifts from blue to purple when lemon juice is added.
03 - This drink doesn't have any caffeine.
