Curacao White Chocolates (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Optional: edible glitter or blue sanding sugar.
02 - Optional: blue gel food coloring.
03 - 2 tablespoons of blue curacao liqueur.
04 - 1 cup of white cake mix.
05 - 4 oz of softened cream cheese.
06 - 8 oz of chopped white chocolate.

# Instructions:

01 - Use a scoop to make balls and place them on a lined tray.
02 - Put the mixture in the fridge, covered, for at least 2 hours so it firms up.
03 - Slowly mix the melted white chocolate into the cream cheese mixture until smooth.
04 - Heat the white chocolate in a microwave or a double boiler until it’s melted and smooth. Cool it slightly.
05 - Dunk each ball in the white chocolate coating and let the extra drip off.
06 - Blend the cream cheese, cake mix, and curacao until smooth. Add food coloring if you’d like.
07 - While the chocolate's still wet, sprinkle the glitter or sanding sugar on top.

# Notes:

01 - You can freeze them before decorating.
02 - The mixture needs to chill before shaping.
03 - Make it alcohol-free by skipping the liqueur.
