Dry off each fillet completely using a paper towel. Pour about 1 tablespoon of avocado oil over every fillet so it's evenly spread out.

Sprinkle a good amount of the blackened spices evenly over the salmon. Let it chill on the counter for at least 10 minutes, so it soaks up the seasoning.

Heat up a non-stick or cast iron pan with 2 tablespoons of avocado oil on medium-high. Lay the salmon fillets spice-side down in the pan. Cook for 2–3 minutes until they're nicely charred and don't stick to the pan anymore.

Flip the salmon carefully and let it cook for another 2–3 minutes. The fat will melt, and the salmon will easily break into flakes with a fork.

Move the salmon to plates and enjoy right away. Add lime wedges and parsley for extra flavor, if you'd like.
