Easy Bisquick sausage balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound spicy ground pork sausage (for extra kick)
02 - 16 oz. of shredded cheddar cheese
03 - 3 cups of Bisquick mix
04 - 1/2 cup milk (only if you want it softer)

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to heat up to 350°F.
02 - Toss Bisquick, sausage, shredded cheese, and optional milk into a big bowl. Combine thoroughly with your hands until everything sticks together.
03 - Take about 2-3 tablespoons of the mix in your hands and roll it into a ball shape.
04 - Arrange the sausage balls on a baking sheet and bake for around 23-25 minutes, or until they’re nicely browned.
05 - Once they’re done, take them out and let them rest a bit before eating.
