→ Main Things Needed

02 - 2 tbsp of cornstarch
03 - 3 tbsp of soy sauce
04 - 2 eggs

→ Stuff for the Sauce

05 - 120 ml of water
06 - 1 tbsp lime juice
07 - 2 tbsp of ketchup
08 - 1 pinch of salt
09 - 3 tbsp of honey
10 - 1 tbsp sesame oil

→ Extras

11 - 200 g cooked white rice
12 - 3 tbsp of vegetable oil
13 - 2 green onions, thinly sliced for topping
14 - 2 tsp sesame seeds for sprinkling

# Instructions:

01 - Crack the eggs into a medium bowl and whisk with 2 tbsp soy sauce. Toss in the chicken cubes and cornstarch and stir it all until the chicken is covered. Put it aside for now.
02 - Mix water, lime juice, sesame oil, ketchup, honey, salt, and the last tablespoon of soy sauce in a small pot. Let it come to a boil, then drop the heat to low and let it gently simmer for around 10 minutes until it gets a bit thicker.
03 - Pour some vegetable oil into a hot wok or big frying pan on medium-high heat. Cook the chicken cubes until they’re golden and cooked through. Set the chicken aside on a plate.
04 - Put the fried chicken in a clean bowl. Pour the sauce over the pieces and stir everything together until it’s all coated well.
05 - Spoon the glazed chicken on top of the rice. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and some sliced green onions before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Toast the sesame seeds lightly in a pan if you want a nuttier flavor.
