Use parchment paper to line a square 20x20cm dish, making sure the edges are covered so it’s easy to pull out later. Lightly spray with some nonstick oil, and leave it aside for now.

Pour white chocolate chips into one medium-sized bowl and the dark chocolate chips into another. Divide the condensed milk evenly between both bowls.

Put the bowl with dark chocolate in the microwave. Heat it in 30-second intervals, stirring after each burst, until the mixture is smooth and melted. Mix in one teaspoon of vanilla. Spread this layer across the bottom of your prepared pan.

Heat the white chocolate bowl in the microwave, also in 30-second bursts. Stir in between until it’s creamy and melted. Add the last teaspoon of vanilla flavoring, then gently mix in the festive sprinkles. Pour this on top of the dark chocolate layer in the pan.

Scatter more sprinkles on top for a fun look. Place in the fridge for at least an hour or until it’s firm. Once set, slice into 36 small squares and enjoy!
