Blueberry Cobbler Video (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups fresh blueberries
02 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
03 - 1 cup self-rising flour
04 - ¼ cup sugar for sprinkling on top
05 - 1 cup milk (whole or 2%)
06 - ½ cup melted salted butter
07 - 1 cup white sugar

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to heat up at 350°F. Lightly coat a 9x9-inch square baking pan with a nonstick spray, then leave it for later.
02 - In a medium bowl, stir together the flour and sugar. Pour in the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Keep mixing until everything's smooth and well-blended.
03 - Pour the batter into the greased baking dish and spread it out. Scatter the fresh blueberries evenly across the batter. Sprinkle sugar over the berries to finish it off.
04 - Pop it in the oven on the middle rack and bake uncovered for about 45 minutes to 1 hour. It's done when the top's golden and a toothpick poked in the center comes out clean. Let it cool a bit before serving.
