Belgian Waffles Easy (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dry Ingredients

01 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon
02 - 3 tablespoons sugar
03 - 1 tablespoon baking powder
04 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
05 - 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

→ Wet Ingredients

06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
07 - 2 cups milk
08 - 1/2 cup vegetable oil
09 - 2 large eggs, separated

# Instructions:

01 - Switch on your waffle maker and give it a spray of non-stick oil. Set aside for now.
02 - Grab a big bowl and whisk together cinnamon, flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
03 - Use a hand mixer on the egg whites in a medium-sized bowl. Whisk until they're thick and form peaks. Set aside.
04 - In another medium bowl, stir the egg yolks, vanilla, milk, and oil until blended.
05 - Pour the wet mixture into the dry mix and stir it all up until it's smooth.
06 - Carefully fold the whipped egg whites into the mix. Don't go crazy—some lumps are fine!
07 - Pour a ladle of batter onto the heated waffle maker. Cook them following the instructions for your machine.
08 - Dig in while they're warm with butter, syrup, powdered sugar, or whatever you like best!

# Notes:

01 - Keeping the batter lumpy helps make your waffles light and airy.
02 - To make waffles crispy again, pop them in the oven at 120°C for 10 minutes.
