Beet Pineapple Juice (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - A medium-sized English cucumber, washed.
02 - 1 medium beet, roughly diced.
03 - A large fresh pineapple, peeled and cubed (4-5 cups).
04 - A small piece (1½-inch or 3 cm) of fresh ginger, peeled.

# Instructions:

01 - Pop the pineapple chunks, beet pieces, cucumber, and ginger into a juicer. Give the resulting juice a good stir and enjoy immediately to savor the freshest taste.
02 - If a juicer isn’t available, toss everything into a blender along with a splash of cold water to help it blend smoothly. Once blended, pour it through cheesecloth or a nut-milk bag to separate the pulp (be warned, beet juice might stain!).
03 - Want it extra refreshing? Pour the juice over ice cubes before serving.
04 - Keep leftovers in the fridge, sealed in an airtight container. It’s best to drink within 1-2 days for top-notch flavor and freshness.

# Notes:

01 - Feel free to add a bit of water if the texture is too dense for you.
02 - Since the beet gives this juice its bold reddish-pink color, be careful while handling it to avoid staining clothes or surfaces.
03 - Homemade juice is most nutritious right after it's made but can be kept in the fridge for two days.
