Beef Rice Bowl Meal (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Cooked rice (if you want it)
02 - 2 teaspoons black pepper
03 - 1 teaspoon salt
04 - 1 tablespoon garlic powder
05 - ½ cup soy sauce (less sodium works too)
06 - 1 pound ground beef
07 - 1 diced jalapeno
08 - 1 red bell pepper, chopped
09 - 1 green bell pepper, diced up
10 - 1 medium onion, finely chopped
11 - 2 tablespoons of butter

# Instructions:

01 - Melt butter in a big pan. Toss in jalapeno, diced onion, red pepper, and green pepper. Sauté for about 5 minutes.
02 - Add ground beef to the pan. Stir and cook till the beef is browned and the veggies soften.
03 - Get rid of excess grease or liquid. Then return everything to the pan.
04 - Pour in the soy sauce and sprinkle in the seasonings. Stir it all up until it’s evenly blended.
05 - Pair it with rice if you like and serve warm.
