→ Biscuit Topping

01 - 1/4 cup melted butter
02 - 2 cups milk
03 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
04 - 1 box Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix
05 - Chopped fresh parsley

→ Sauce

06 - 1/2 cup milk
07 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, keep half separate
08 - 10.5 ounces condensed mushroom soup
09 - 10.5 ounces condensed cheddar soup

→ Base

10 - 1 yellow onion, chopped
11 - 1 tablespoon minced garlic
12 - 1.5 pounds ground lean beef

# Instructions:

01 - Pop it in the oven at 350°F. Bake for about 50-55 minutes, until the biscuit topping turns nicely golden.
02 - Spread melted butter mixed with the seasoning on top. Let sit for 5 minutes, then sprinkle parsley.
03 - Cook the ground beef with garlic and onion in a pan. Keep going till the meat's brown.
04 - Move it all to a 9x13 pan, then sprinkle on the rest of the cheese.
05 - Mix everything for the sauce—soups, 1 cup cheese, and milk—into the beef. Stir it all together.
06 - Stir the biscuit mix, milk, and cheese in a bowl until smooth. Pour this over the beef layer.

# Notes:

01 - Let it rest before serving so the filling gets thicker.
02 - Use the seasoning packet from the biscuit mix for the butter topping.
03 - You can prep this ahead of time and reheat it later.
