# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 16 oz Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
03 - 1 taco seasoning packet
04 - 2 cans (10 oz each) diced tomatoes and green chiles, drained

# Instructions:

01 - Coat the inside of your slow cooker with a nonstick spray.
02 - Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium until it’s fully browned. Get rid of any extra grease.
03 - Mix the taco seasoning into the beef with water (check packet for the amount). Continue cooking till the water’s gone.
04 - Put the taco-seasoned meat, Velveeta cubes, and drained tomato-chile mix into the slow cooker.
05 - Mix everything gently, then set the slow cooker to low. Let it heat until the cheese has melted, about 1 to 1.5 hours.
06 - Flip the slow cooker to warm for serving. Pair it with some tortilla chips.

# Notes:

01 - You can make it ahead and stash it in the fridge.
02 - Lasts about 3-4 days chilled.
03 - Keep frozen for up to half a year.
